As a courtesy prior to the date of surgery, Central Park Surgery Center will attempt to verify patient insurance coverage and benefits for patients and will make every effort to communicate this information to the patient before the surgery date.
Medical insurance
Central Park Surgery Center accepts most major commercial insurance, HMO/PPO plans, Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation. We will need a copy of your insurance cards to properly file your insurance.
Please check with your insurance or workers compensation carrier for any pre-certification requirements prior to surgery. Patients with insurance are asked to pay their co-payment and any deductible as a deposit on the day of surgery.
Central Park Surgery Center will bill your insurance company. However, any remaining balance due is the patient’s responsibility.
If you do not have health insurance, we ask that you be responsible for our facility charge on the day of surgery.
